 60 Minute Swedish Massage $100

Swedish massage is relaxing and calms the nervous system, reduces the levels of stress hormone Cortisol. Overall stress reduction to calm and relax the body and mind. Working through major muscle groups. helps to reduce muscle tissue tightness and increase blood flow. Very relaxing.

     60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage  $115

Deep Tissue Massage applies pressure to several layers of muscle and tissues found deep within your body. Helps to alleviate deep muscle spasm inducing better performance and elasticity. Great for athletes and chronic areas of muscle spasm.

Trigger Point Therapy

Using specific pressure points, Trigger point therapy helps to release knots and bumps and works to eliminate pain and tightness. This is not a type of massage, but rather a modality used with deep tissue when necessary to help bring a greater range of motion.
